Norman S. Easterbrook
Director
Norm Easterbrook is a graduate of the Ithaca College School of Theatre and The Florida State University where he studied acting and dramatic theory. He has extensive experience in arts management and administration in both the public and private sectors having worked in the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs for several years and in the private sector with the Imperial Theatre in Augusta, Georgia and the Rylander Theatre in Americus, Georgia. Norm has been recognized for his contributions to the field by the Florida Professional Theatre Association, Florida Secretary of State, the Atlanta Chapter of the American Theatre Organ Society and the Georgia Theatre Conference. He has directed and performed professionally in numerous film, video and stage productions.
Norm was appointed Director of the Ford Center in January of 2004 and is responsible for the overall operation and programming of the Ford Center.
Kate Meacham
Marketing
Kate Meacham is a graduate of Clemson University with a BA in History and a minor in Theatre. She previously worked in development for YAI/National Institute for People with Disabilities and Marymount School of New York in New York City. Kate has also worked in customer relations with Advanced Drainage Systems and in store management for Kirkland’s, Inc.

Matt Zerangue
Technical
Matt earned a BFA in Performing Arts with a focus on Theater Design and Technology from the University of Louisiana, in 1999. Matt is Cum Laude graduate. While a student at UL, Matt served as the Theaters Scene Shop Forman and Assistant Technical Director.
Prior to coming the Ford Center, Matt was the Technical Director for the Angelle Hall, The University of Louisiana’s Concert Hall. He has worked as designer in both scenic and lighting areas for several shows including the UM Opera performance of Dei Fledermaus in 2007, the UL Opera performance The Medium in 2004, UL Theatre ‘s State of LaDanse and Evening of Dance, and most recently the Oxford Shakespeare Festival’s 2008 season.
He is an U.S. Army Veteran. Having served four years of active duty and four years in the Louisiana National Guard, Matt worked as a Medical Specialist. Duties performed during his enlistment ranged from Medical Assistant on the Organ Transplant Ward of Walter Reed Army Medical Center, to the Treatment Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Forward Aid Station for Louisiana’s Mechanized Infantry Battalion. Matt earned several awards and recognitions during service including the Expert Field Medical Badge, Soldier of the Year recognition twice awarded, and several Army Achievement Medals.
Susan Morris
Box Office
Susan Morris joined the UM Box Office staff in 2003 as Office Assistant for the Central Ticket Office. In November 2006, she moved to the Ford Center as Senior Secretary, where she remained until March of 2007, when she returned to the UM Box Office as Supervisor. Prior to Susan’s employment at the University of Mississippi she spent several years as Assistant Manager of a retail store and an Assistant Manager/Manager position of a Health Food store as well as, two years working in a laboratory as a phlebotomist.
Mrs. Morris earned a BA in Art from the University of Mississippi in 2005.
