TICKET ORDERING INFORMATION:
The UM Box Office is the only authorized ticket seller for events at the Ford Center.
The UM Box Office is conveniently located in the Ford Center and open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except University holidays). Tickets may be purchased in person, by calling 662-915-7411, online, or by mail. Everyone must have a ticket to attend a performance, regardless of age. All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. All online orders are subject to a handling charge of $5 per ticket. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, or UM Box Office gift certificates for payment.
University of Mississippi students and Staff/Faculty/Retirees may order tickets online with their UM Web ID and password. Eligible discounts will be applied during ticket purchase. Please note all online orders are subject to a handling charge of $5 per ticket and we accept VISA and MasterCard for payment.

When tickets are purchased through unauthorized third-party broker websites:
- We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
- Your tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen.
- We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance. Duplicate, screenshots or copies of tickets, counterfeit or otherwise altered tickets will not be honored for admission to any performance.
- When you purchase from a 3rd party broker, you will always pay more than the ticket face value.
- We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, road closures or other information.

UM Staff/Faculty/Retiree—University of Mississippi Staff/Faculty/Retirees are eligible for discounts off Fall 2023 ticket prices. Discount tickets are available online or at the UM Box Office. All online orders are subject to a handling charge of $5.00 per ticket.
